Highway 101 is back open on the Central Coast.
The road was closed down in multiple locations Monday due to the storm for flooding and mud and rockslides.
Caltrans had crews working non-stop in the affected areas and drivers can once again get through Santa Barbara County as of 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Highway 154 remains closed.
