Highway 1 has fully reopened after rain damage prompted closures from Highway 101 north of Gaviota to the junction with Highway 246 near Lompoc.
Last night, Caltrans responded to reports of a sinkhole developing at Jalama Bridge. At 11 p.m., crews started directing southbound traffic into Buellton.
