Caltrans posted on Twitter advising drivers to use Highway 101 as a detour.

Fire officials say one person suffered major injuries and another person suffered minor injuries.
No extrication was required.

A head-on crash blocked a portion of Highway 154 outside Santa Barbara Tuesday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, it happened at around 5:21 p.m. near West Camino Cielo.
CHP is reporting all lanes are blocked.
At least one ambulance was requested at the scene.
