A project years in the making in Guadalupe is ready to go.
The Guadalupe Court apartments are officially open.
The apartment units are reserved for farm workers and families.
The complex features one, two, and three-bedroom units and was built by Peoples' Self-Help Housing.
It was funded by grants from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
