Two lanes of northbound Highway 101 on the Cuesta Grade were blocked Tuesday morning after a crash involving a semi-truck and a Penske moving truck.
The crash happened at about 10:40 a.m., just south of TV Tower Road.
The right two lanes of the highway were blocked, and the California Highway Patrol said travelers should expect delays for about two hours.
