A crash Wednesday afternoon was affecting traffic on Highway 166 at the Twitchell Reservoir, east of Santa Maria.
It happened at about 3:30 p.m.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the eastbound lane was blocked by the wreckage.
Two vehicles were reportedly involved.
Motorists should expect slow traffic through the area.
