The City Council of Morro Bay is offering a second round of small business grants to help with the impacts of the pandemic.
Council members launched the program back in October and awarded a total of $84,000 to 20 local businesses last week.
Another $50,000 was authorized for a second round of grant awards.
The application period for businesses with 25 employees or less opened Monday and will close at the end of the month.
City officials intend to award the second round of grants in early January.
