The city of Guadalupe plans to hold a public workshop to obtain community input for its Mobility and Revitalization Plan.

An official with the city of Guadalupe says the workshop is scheduled to take place Sunday from 12-2 p.m. at the Guadalupe City Hall located at 918 Obispo Street in Guadalupe.

Community members are invited to provide feedback on improving safety conditions for walking, bicycling, transit and driving, as well as beautifying downtown and promoting business development, said the official. Refreshments will be provided for attendees.

The city of Guadalupe says it received a grant of more than $200,000 from the California Department of Transportation to develop the Mobility and Revitalization Plan.

The draft of the plan was presented to the Guadalupe City Council in November, the city official says.
