One of the Central Coast's favorite cookie shops is now open for business in Downtown San Luis Obispo.
Employees say business at Brown Butter Cookie Company has been steady since opening last Tuesday at 1003 Osos St., on the corner of Osos and Monterey streets.
Sisters Traci and Christa Hozie started the bakery in Cayucos back in 2008 and in 2013, opened a second shop in downtown Paso Robles.
The bakery is best known for its famous Original Brown Butter Sea Salt Cookie, which has even been featured on The Today Show.
