The Bay Theatre in Morro Bay is back open.
Earlier this year, the property was listed for sale online, which the owner's granddaughter says was due to COVID-19 restrictions.
She says there is currently an interested party, but it will only be sold if it stays as a theater. If the offer falls through, they will take the listing off the market.
We reached out to the owner for comment, but have not heard back.
