The California Highway Patrol has identified the driver of the deadly tour bus crash.
One person was killed and seven others injured in the Wednesday night crash, including the driver, Bradley Dratnol, 39, according to a press release.
Dratnol is from Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He was transported to the Fresno Regional Hospital for his injuries, officials stated.
The crash happened shortly after the crew finished the Josh Turner concert in Paso Robles late Wednesday night.

According to early investigations, the bus was traveling east on Highway 46 near McMillan Canyon Road around 11:40 p.m.
It left the roadway, the press release stated, and traveled through the dirt shoulder until it drove off a 50 foot cliff. The front of the bus struck the bottom of a dry river bed.
Two passengers were ejected. One of those passengers ejected was David Turner, 64, a sound engineer. He died in the crash.
CHP confirmed he is not related to Josh Turner. Drugs or alcohol are not factors in the crash, CHP said.
Josh Turner canceled the remainder of shows scheduled for September.
CHP says the bus has been removed from the river bed and moved to its evidence storage facility.
