Allan Hancock College is celebrating its centennial by opening a time capsule.
The event will be streamed online Wednesday morning at 10:30 from the Marian Theatre on the Santa Maria campus.
The time capsule was buried in 1995 and contains items connected to the college's history.
Allan Hancock's superintendent, administrators, faculty, alumni and other special guests will discuss what's inside the capsule and the college's 100-year history.
