The Paso Robles Housing Authority's Oak Park Community Redevelopment project is now complete, adding more than 300 affordable housing units to the area.
The fourth and final phase of the project, Oak Park 4, includes 75 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
The rent-restricted units are available for families with incomes ranging from 30-60 percent of the San Luis Obispo County area's median income.
The Oak Park 4 apartments are located at 3120 Pine Street.
