Phone outages were impacting some people in Santa Barbara County Wednesday night, including local emergency dispatch centers.
The Santa Barbara County Office of Emergency Management said despite the outage, 911 calls would still be answered.
While the Santa Maria Police Department’s 911 lines were also down, they were reportedly working again by 7:50 a.m. Thursday.
