The City of Santa Maria Public Library is hosting multiple Bike Kitchen events in August.
The free bike clinic will take place in the Library’s Plaza from 3 to 5 p.m. on Friday, August 9, and on Friday, August 23.
This event is for people who enjoy riding bikes but do not know how to fix them.
Participants can bring in their bicycles and a representative from Bici Centro Santa Maria will be on-hand to assist in learning how to repair and maintain the bicycle. Tools and consumables will be provided free of charge during the bicycle clinics.
