The Santa Maria Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing teen who is considered “at-risk.”
Yulianna Serrano-Rios, 14, was last seen leaving her Santa Maria home with some belongings on July 25, 2019. Police say she was reported missing shortly after.
Anyone with information on Yulianna’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Santa Maria Police Department at (805) 928-3781 ext. 2277.
