Market officials say Bing’s serves bao buns in a variety of ways. They will have breakfast buns, crab buns and even vegan buns.

It’s a Korean style restaurant that reportedly grows some of its own ingredients to ensure they are using the freshest ingredients possible.

This is the latest business to be announced as a future tenant of the SLO Public Market, which is under construction at the corner of S. Higuera St. and Tank Farm Rd.

SLO Public Market is expected to open later this year.
