The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of a missing teenager from Orcutt.
Peter Dwyer IV, 17, was reported missing by his family on June 16.
He was reportedly last seen at approximately 8 a.m. on Thursday, June 13 when he left to attend a class at Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria.
On Saturday, a relative reportedly found Dwyer’s vehicle in the college’s parking lot and the keys were next to the car.
Sheriff’s officials say Dwyer also did not show up for work, which is reportedly uncharacteristic of him, and he has not been in touch with his employer or family members.
Anyone with information about Dwyer’s whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff’s Santa Maria sub-station at (805) 934-6150. To leave an anonymous tip, call (805) 681-4171 or visit the sheriff’s website.
