People in the Los Osos community came out for the traditional Memorial Day service at the Los Osos Valley Mortuary and Memorial Park on Monday.
Those in attendance at the ceremony honored the military lives lost while hearing a special performance by the San Luis Obispo County Band.
A man wowed the crowd by jumping out of a plane to parachute down to the ground, carrying an American flag.
This marked one of many Memorial Day events happening across the Central Coast, with commemorative gatherings in San Luis Obispo, Atascadero, Santa Maria, and Avila Beach.
