Thirty-four cadets graduated from The Allan Hancock College EMS Academy on Thursday.
Friends, family members and school staff celebrated the cadets’ graduation as they now look to be hired as Emergency Medical Technicians.
EMS Academy graduate Andrew Soto says, “Oh, it feels awesome I definitely look forward to seeing where it goes after this.”
The cadets completed a 16-week program where they learned patient handling, emergency vehicle driving and other skills required to become Emergency Medical Technicians.
