The City of Paso Robles is updating the public on its road repair projects.
On Monday, officials released a map of those projects.
Streets highlighted green have been repaired or will be repaired by 2020. Streets highlighted red are scheduled to be repaired through 2025. (Click on the map below to open a larger view in a new tab.)
In November 2012, city voters passed a half-cent sales tax to be used for road repairs and pavement projects. The road work is being paid for with a combination of that money and gas tax funds.
This past November, voters in Paso Robles rejected a measure to increase the sales tax by an additional half-cent.
The current half-cent sales tax will expire in six years.
