May is Older Americans Month. To celebrate, the Area Agency on Aging is hosting its first Senior Information Fair in San Luis Obispo.
Scheduled to take place from 9:30 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, May 14, the fair will provide seniors with information on Medicare, community resources, fraud and scam prevention, Alzheimer’s disease, advanced health care directives, family caregivers, and more.
The fair will be held in the auditorium at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center, located at 1010 Murray Ave. Free parking is available in the parking structure.
There will also be free refreshments and raffle prizes.
