The woman charged in connection with a deadly crash in Paso Robles earlier this year has pleaded not guilty.

Susan Dollemore  of Paso Robles entered the plea Wednesday in a San Luis Obispo courtroom to a misdemeanor charge of vehicular manslaughter in connection with the Feb. 8 crash on Highway 46.

Paso Robles police said Dollemore, who was 77 at the time, pulled onto the highway from Hunter Ranch Golf Course and into the path of Barry Stephenson, 68, of Atascadero.

Stephenson’s motorcycle crashed into the back of Dollemore’s SUV. He died at the scene.

Police said drugs or alcohol were not believed to be factors in the crash.

Dollemore is due back in court April 22.
