Police are looking for a man they say is passing counterfeit bills in Santa Maria.
The first report was on March 31 when Santa Maria police say the man, who was captured on surveillance, used a fake $100 bill to purchase food from a restaurant on the 200 block of E. Betteravia Road.
The next day, police say he used another fake bill at a business on the 600 block of E. Betteravia.
The man is described as being in his 40s, bald with a medium build and has dark eyebrows and eyes, according to police.
