Lompoc police have made an arrest in connection with a deadly stabbing Sunday night.
It happened at a home in the 400 block of South J Street on March 24.
Police have identified the victim as Eric William Larsson, 56. He was reportedly renting a room at the home.
On Tuesday, March 26, police say they received information that a potential suspect, 35-year-old Darlene Rachelle Ybarra, was at the home where the homicide had occurred. Officers responded and took Ybarra to the police department for questioning.
Police say Ybarra made incriminating statements to detectives during questioning, so they arrested her on suspicion of murder.
Her bail is reportedly set at $2 million.
