The Inspired Health and Fitness Expo is at the Alex Madonna Expo Center this weekend with two days full of activities, wellness exhibitions and competitions.
People will get the chance to meet with more than 100 health and wellness industry professionals, go to educational seminars and do the medical test at the event.
Runners dressed up in costumes and kicked off the expo at the Superhero 5k Fun Run.
American Ninja Warrior Grant McCartney will be at the event both days to say hi and cheer on competitors of the Central Coast Gymnastics Ninja Agility Challenge.
The Inspired Health and Fitness Expo runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
Admission and parking are free.
