Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch is now listed for sale at a price tag of $31 million.

When it was originally listed in 2015, it was $100 million. It later dropped to $67 million.

Now called Sycamore Valley Ranch, the nearly 2,700-acre property is located about five miles north of Los Olivos.

The main house, where Jackson lived, is about 12,600 square feet with six bedrooms.

According to the real estate listing, the property also includes landscaped gardens, a four-acre lake with a waterfall, a pool, pool house, tennis court, three guest homes, several barns, and a 5,500 square foot movie theater.

The property is at the center of an HBO documentary airing this Sunday which focuses on two men who claim Jackson molested them when they were children.

Jackson’s family has criticized “Leaving Neverland,” saying it spreads falsehoods about someone who is not alive to defend himself.

Jackson was acquitted of molestation charges in 2005.

This June will mark 10 years since Jackson died.
