Some delays are expected as a resurfacing project along a portion of Highway 1 in Santa Barbara County nears completion.
The miles-long project includes resurfacing and guardrail installation along the highway from Highway 101 near Las Cruces to Highway 246 near Lompoc.
Caltrans says traffic control will be in place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Friday as work on the $15-million project continues.
Delays are not expected to last longer than 20 minutes.
The project is expected to be completed next month.
