A San Luis Obispo Police Department motorcycle officer reportedly suffered minor injuries in a crash Friday morning.
It happened at around 9:30 a.m. in the area of Johnson Ave. and Lizzie St.
According to police, the officer was rear-ended by another vehicle.
He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash. There’s no word at this time if the other driver will face any charges, but police say they don’t believe drugs or alcohol were a factor in the collision.
