Arroyo Grande Planning Commission approves new housing units, tenant sign program

The Arroyo Grande Planning Commission approved eight additional housing units for the Creekside mixed-use project at their meeting Tuesday night.

The development project passed 3-1.

The housing units will be on  415 East Branch St. and will be added to phase three of the Creekside Center mixed-use project, so now it will have a total of 16 multi-family units.

The planning commission also passed a tenant wall sign program at Tuesday night’s meeting.

The program passed 4-1.

The new signage program is for tenants in the former Kmart building.

The 20 foot tall freeway sign will be located on 1570 West Branch St.
