El Pollo Loco opens a new restaurant in San Luis Obispo Monday.
The Mexican style restaurant primarily serves chicken entrees with a variety of marinades and spices.
You can have the chicken served as whole or hand-cut, and served with chicken meals, burritos, salads, soups, tacos and quesadillas.
The restaurant is pronounced “”L Po-yo Lo-co” and is Spanish for “The Crazy Chicken.”
The restaurant will be located at 11982 Los Osos Valley Road near Target in San Luis Obispo. It will be open from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
There are El Pollo Loco locations in Santa Maria, Paso Robles and Santa Barbara.
