CAL FIRE responds to smell of gas in Pismo Beach

Central Coast residents from Pismo Beach to Oceano could smell gas until 10 p.m. Wednesday, that’s because a gas company is working on a gas line off Highway 101 in Pismo beach according to CAL FIRE.

A CAL FIRE dispatcher says they responded to a smell of gas off Highway 101 in Pismo at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. They say a gas company is working on a gas line in the area until 10 p.m.

The dispatcher told KSBY News people living from Pismo Beach to Oceano could smell gas because the wind is spreading smell.
