The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help locating a Nipomo man missing since Monday.

Sheriff’s officials say Saul Tiznado, Jr. was entered into the Missing and Unidentified Persons Unit of the California Department of Justice after receiving the missing person’s report Tuesday afternoon. The sheriff’s detective unit is assigned to the case.

According to Christine Delgado, Tiznado’s longtime girlfriend, the 41-year-old and father of five told her he was on his way home around 6 p.m. Monday and has not been heard from or seen since then.

Delgado is working with others to coordinate a search party to look for Tiznado, Jr. Thursday from Santa Maria to San Luis Obispo.

Anyone with information can contact the sheriff’s office at (805) 781-4540.
