The Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office has filed felony charges against a second juvenile in connection with the Nov. 2, 2018 shooting death of Salomon Morales Robles in Santa Maria.
“Carlos V.,” age 17, is charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder in connection with the Nov. 3, 2018 shootings of two other people in Santa Maria. He also faces special allegations that the crimes were committed in association with a criminal street gang.
In November, another 17-year-old, “Augustin F.,” was charged with the same offenses.
Because they are juveniles, their full names have not been released.
Morales Robles was shot to death near the Westgate Apartments on the 1200 block of W. Bethel Lane.
