The launch of a Delta IV Heavy rocket from Vandenberg Air Force Base won’t happen until next year.
After being scrubbed four times, United Launch Alliance announced Friday that liftoff is now set for no earlier than Sunday, Jan. 6, from Space Launch Complex-6. A launch time has not yet been announced.
When the rocket does take off, it will deliver a satellite for the National Reconnaissance Office into orbit.
