(UPDATE: 9:03 p.m.) — California Highway Patrol has arrested one person in connection to the chase on Highway 101 South Wednesday night, according to dispatchers.
CHP did not say how the chase started and did not give any more details about the driver or how they took the driver into custody.

The chase could be seen going southbound on Highway 101 around 8:25 p.m. from KSBY studio located on Los Osos Valley Road in San Luis Obispo.
