The San Luis Police Department is looking for a man who stole a wallet out of a purse while the person was shopping at TJ Maxx.
Police say the man then used the victim’s credit card to purchase $4,300 in merchandise and gift cards from the Apple store in downtown San Luis Obispo.
The man was wearing a nude baseball cap, red long sleeved polo shirt, a Gucci belt, and ripped light blue jeans.
