After two previous attempts, the launch of a Delta IV Heavy rocket from Vandenberg Air Force Base is on track for Tuesday.
United Launch Alliance said Monday on Twitter that the Launch Readiness Review (LRR) had been completed and “We are a go for launch.”

The launch was originally planned for December 7, but was scrubbed due to an issue with a “redundant communication link between the control center and launch site.”
The launch was then scheduled for the following night but a hold was placed just three seconds before liftoff.
Tuesday’s launch window opens at 5:57 p.m.
