The Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, currently under construction in Santa Maria, is now hiring.
The restaurant and store is looking to hire approximately 225 full and part-time employees. Applications are now being accepted and hiring is expected to take place during the first full week of January.

Cracker Barrel expects to open in mid-February. It will be located in the Enos Ranch shopping center at the corner of Betteravia and Bradley roads.
Cracker Barrel says the more than 10,000 square-foot restaurant, including the front porch, will seat up to 180 guests at a time.
It will be the third Cracker Barrel in California. The other two stores are located in Victorville and Sacramento.
