SpaceX says it is now targeting Sunday, Dec. 2 for the launch of a Falcon 9 rocket from Vandenberg Air Force Base.
The launch has been rescheduled twice. It was originally planned for Nov. 19 but was rescheduled to Nov. 28 so crews could conduct additional pre-flight inspections, but the Nov. 28 launch was a no-go because of bad weather.
When the rocket does launch, it will carry the Spaceflight SSO-A: SmallSat Express into space.
The SSO-A: SmallSat Express is being called the largest single rideshare mission from a U.S.-based launch vehicle. It will include 15 microsats and 49 cubesats from both commercial and governmental entities around the world and deliver them into a low-Earth orbit.
