Elon Musk stopped by a Lompoc restaurant Sunday night to celebrate the historic Falcon 9 rocket launch and booster landing.
Hangar 7, which offers small plates, beer, wine, and more and is located on the 100 block of Ocean Avenue, posted pictures on Facebook showing the SpaceX CEO congratulating his team.
The business said Musk stopped by for a drink and also signed an astronaut helmet there, which will be on display all week.
People are still talking about Sunday night’s SpaceX rocket launch at Vandenberg Air Force Base.
The rocket carried an Argentinian earth-observation satellite into space and for the first time on the west coast, SpaceX landed a first-stage booster back at the launch site.
The whole event lit up the night sky all over the Central Coast and could even be seen by some in other states.
