Volunteers needed to help restore trails damaged by the Thomas Fire and Montecito mudslides.
National Public Lands Day is Saturday, September 22 and crews are using this day to focus on restoring the damaged trails for hikers to enjoy once again.
This is the second day this year focused on restoration of the trails damaged.
The trails being worked on are at San Ysidro, Buena Vista and Cold Springs Trails.
All tools will be provided.
Volunteers will need to wear closed-toed shoes and long pants.
The event is Saturday at 8 a.m. Volunteers will meet at Manning Park Area A2.
