Two separate fires in the restrooms at Goleta's Girsh Park Thursday afternoon were an act of arson according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.
The fires were reported just after 2:30 p.m. Thursday at 7050 Phelps Rd.
Both fires were knocked down in 10 minutes.
