CAL FIRE SLO is responding to reports of a water rescue at Montaña de Oro.
Emergency officials say they got a call around 5:30 p.m. Saturday of three people struggling in the water near Hazard Canyon Reef.
According to CAL FIRE SLO, one adult and two juveniles were able to make it back to shore on their own after being swept out.
The adult sustained injuries, but the extent of them are unknown at this time.
CalStar is en route to the area for further assistance.
California State Parks is also on scene.
