A small fire broke out early Thursday afternoon near Paso Robles.
It was reported in the area of Moon Valley Road and Geneseo Road.
CAL FIRE says the fire burned about 1/4 acre. No structures were damaged.
Forward progress of the fire was stopped by locals, according to fire officials.
