The Santa Barbara County Office of Emergency Management sent out a fire weather watch going into effect from Monday morning to Tuesday night for wind and low humidity in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County mountains.

The office of emergency management said winds will be going east to the northeast from 10 to 20 miles per hours, with gusts up to 30 miles per hour. They said humidity will be anywhere from four to 12 percent.

These conditions make for extreme fire behavior.
