Democrat Gregg Hart and Republican Mike Stoker are battling to represent California State Assembly District 37 in this General Election.
Now that 100% of voting precincts have been reported, the election results show Hart with 58% of the vote and Stoker with 42%.
District 37 covers Santa Barbara County and Nipomo.
