San Luis Obispo County is reporting nine new positive cases of the novel coronavirus, bringing the total to 42 patients.
Health officials say six of the patients have recovered.
Eighteen of the cases are in North County, 13 are in South County, eight patients live along the coast, and three are in the central area of the county.
Three are children, 27 are between the ages of 19 and 64, eleven are between the ages of 65 and 84, and one is 85 or older.
Two patients have been hospitalized and one of the two is in the ICU. All of the other patients are reportedly at home.
