30 new cases of COVID-19 reported in SLO County

San Luis Obispo County reported 30 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, bringing the county's total to 1,740 confirmed cases as of July 30.

Seventeen people are hospitalized, including three patients who are in the ICU.

Another 360 people are recovering at home, and 1,348 people have recovered.

San Luis Obispo County has had a total of 14 deaths attributed to COVID-19.

COVID-19 tests are currently available to the public in Grover Beach and San Luis Obispo.

An additional 38 cases are in communities with fewer than five cases, and the Public Health Department is not identifying those locations. The location of 16 cases is listed as "under investigation."
