A rape suspect arrested in Lompoc is scheduled to appear in a Santa Barbara County Courtroom tomorrow.
Colton Blu Mastagni, 20, was charged with forcible rape, oral copulation with force, false imprisonment, and assault with intent to commit rape on Friday.
He has not yet entered a plea.
The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mastagni on July 24 on the 1500 block of North H. Street in Lompoc.
He was wanted on sexual assault charges.
He was reportedly booked into jail on charges of forcible rape, oral copulation with force, false imprisonment, and assault with intent to commit rape.
